Copyright Policy

By purchasing a template, you agree that:

Each template purchase may be used for one project only (eg: 1 Squarespace Template purchase = 1 Website)

If you are using the template to build a design for a client, you are prohibited from claiming or promoting these designs as your own.

You may not resell the design or claim the design as your own.

You may not share the template, graphics, files or any design elements provided in your purchase with anyone else.

Any photography provided with the template is for demonstration purposes only and copyrighted to its original creator. You must replace these photographs with your own / source images yourself. We hold no liability for any image licensing / copyright issues that may occur through your unlawful use of the supplied images.

The design is copyrighted She Is Moxie / Samantha Donohue and She Is Moxie / Samantha Donohue owns the rights to all designs and files (excluding any photography) included in your purchase and design.

Template Policies

We will always do our best to have your template installed within 48 hours, but please understand that this time frame may vary due to potential unforeseen circumstances and although unlikely, we can’t guarantee that it won’t take longer.

Please submit a support ticket if it has been over 48 hours and you are waiting for an install.

Once the template is installed into your account, it is no longer ours and is your responsibility to add your own content + edit the site. If you make any accidental changes to the template we cannot come back into the site and reverse them.

She Is Moxie / Samantha Donohue reserves the right to decline or cancel any installation at any time. In the event of an installation order being cancelled by us, She Is Moxie / Samantha Donohue will refund the full amount of the Install service.

Template Installation Policies

(This refers to the add on purchase of a ‘Template Installation’ onto a live Squarespace website only)

This install service will transfer your purchased Squarespace Template into your live Squarespace account.

You’ll need to give me full access to your Squarespace account so that I can access the backend of your website and make the changes. I give you detailed instructions on how to do this once you’ve purchased the Template Installation.

Your website will temporarily be unavailable to website visitors while I add the template. These changes often include changing the base template and design changes that affect the whole website - that’s why I install an ‘Under Construction’ page on your website. You may want to keep the ‘Under Construction’ page up while you customise your new template as well.

The Template Installation service covers -

INCLUDED:

  • Adding an ‘Under Construction’ page to your website so visitors are aware it’s in progress.

  • Moving all of your existing pages into the ‘unlinked’ section so that you can keep all of your content.

  • Adding the purchased template on your website.

NOT INCLUDED:

  • The template. You need to purchase a template first before you can add a ‘Template Installation’.

  • Adding any of your content, linking social accounts, migrating from another website platform, changing domain etc.

  • Installations are limited to building out the template only. I do not transfer any of your content into the template.

  • Any customisations or additions to the template.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of these products, all purchases cannot be returned and are strictly NON refundable or exchangeable. Please review the template page, FAQ’s, demo sites and features before purchasing. If you aren't sure whether a template will work for you, please get in touch BEFORE you purchase.

I offer free email support for any questions that relate to the template, installation and design files. For any other questions, including - general Squarespace questions, template modifications, coding or software issues please contact Squarespace Support directly here.
