5 Reasons To Choose Dubsado As Your CRM

I've definitely tried out many CRM platforms (17hats, Tave, Pixifii, Sprout Studio and Studio Ninja to name a few). I signed up for their trials and tested their systems to see whether it would be a fit for my business and I was left feeling a little bit like Goldilocks - everything was either too big or too small. They were just not quite right...
Until I met Dubsado.

From the moment I signed up, I never looked back. It was the perfect fit! Dubsado is by far the best and easiest platform I have used.
Choosing them as the CRM for my photography business was by far the best decision for my business and I've never looked back.
And here's why...
1. Clean & Modern Design
Dubsado has a clean, white aesthetic which is pleasing to the eye. It doesn't overwhelm you with dark colours or make your eyes dart around the screen trying to figure out where you should be looking.
Honestly, it's rather soothing to look at the design day in and day out. And since I'm in Dubsado so much during a normal day, I want something that doesn't hurt my eyes when I look at it.
It's also easy to navigate. All of your options are laid out and you can access them from the side menu. There are no hidden parts that you need to click through multiple buttons to access.
Everything has been laid out thoughtfully and with intent to make it easy for you to use.
2. Customisation
Dubsado offers so many customisation options, especially with their forms, it will blow your mind. When I tried out many of the other CRM's you were limited in your customisation. You could create questionnaires, proposals and contracts etc but what they looked like was limited.
Usually you could add your logo to the top of the form and change the colour of the submit button to reflect your brand colours but that was about it.
Perhaps that's all some businesses need, but as a photographer, I wanted to be able to showcase my photography within my forms so that I could subtly entice a potential client with gorgeous imagery and the experience of what they could have by booking me.
None of the other CRM's gave me that opportunity.
But Dubsado did that and so much more.
3. White Label
Dubsado doesn't show their name anywhere on your forms, emails, contracts or anywhere else. It's completely white label so that your clients have a seamless experience with your brand.
Plus the email address you send your forms and correspondence from is your own. You don't have to use Dubsado's system in order to send your clients any information you need.
At no point do they need to question whether the contract or invoice you sent is actually coming from you as there is no branding on it but your own.
This creates a much better experience for your client, as well as establishes you as a professional. Not to mention, it makes it easier for you too as you don't have to respond to client queries asking if this invoice is from you etc.
This does require you to set up a CNAME with your website host so that anything coming from Dubsado points to your branded CNAME. But they provide documentation on how to do that here:
4. Regular Updates
Dubsado regularly updates their system and improves their processes to make it a better experience, not only for us as their clients but for our clients as well.
They are always looking ahead and to us for ways that they can improve their system and make it better for us.
You'll often see things that we've asked for added to the system.
They also have a system of launching updates in stages. That way we can try out the new updates and provide feedback and suggestions on how to improve the process. They then go back and change things based on our feedback and then release the next stage in the design or process.
Not only that, but these new features and updates happen often. Sometimes it's a big roll out like bookkeeping, other times it's something smaller, like the ability to change the text on the submit button to whatever you want it to say.
Whatever they release though, you can be sure that it's been well thought out and a possible indicator of something else they will be releasing later on.
5. Customer Service
This is by far one of the best features of Dubsado! Their customer service game is on point. I honestly don't know how they manage it as well as they do.
Becca (one of the owners of Dubsado) seems to be permanently in the Facebook group helping and answering people's questions. And if she can't answer your question, there are many other people in the group happy to help out if they can. The Dubsado FB community is one of the nicest, most inclusive groups I've been a part of. They are always happy to help.
And if you have any technical issues or problems they are always happy to help you out. You will ALWAYS get a response to your email or chat in a timely manner. I've never once been ignored when I've emailed/chatted to them about a problem I've been having.

This type of open communication is something I haven't experienced with other CRM's and something that I can't speak highly enough of.
Those were just five reasons to choose Dubsado as your CRM but honestly, there are many, many more.
I'm a complete fan of everything they do. I swear if I ever meet Becca and Jake in person one day I'm probably going to go all fangirl over them and weird them out :)
